Finding your counsellor or psychotherapist in London

Each of our therapists is unique and brings a wealth of experience to the counselling we provide.

You can arrange an appointment with one of our therapists below. Don’t worry if you are unsure which therapist to choose. At your first appointment, we will help you decide which one of our therapists will be the best match for you.

Finding the right therapist in London is important

All our Therapists are carefully chosen for their training, their people skills and their experience. You need to feel good about your meetings with your therapist.

Our Senior Therapists have at least 10 years of experience seeing clients and have been working with us for at least five years. Many of our Senior Therapists have over 20 years of experience.

Quality and standards

All our Therapists and Senior Therapists are registered members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) or the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT).

Both face-to-face and online appointments are available, or you may prefer a type of hybrid therapy where some appointments are held face-to-face and some appointments take place online.

Put your well-being in our experienced hands

We’ve been providing counselling in London since 2006, providing counselling and support to thousands of people along the way.
